HQ Expansion Helps Fill Gap Left by Merck

BLUE BELL, PA-Selas Fluid Processing inks a seven-year renewal for 30,623 sf and adds another 4,589 sf at Five Sentry Parkway East.

BLUE BELL, PA-Selas Fluid Processing Corp. has renewed its lease for 30,623 sf and expanded to an additional 4,589 sf at Five Sentry Parkway East. The company has been headquartered in the 91,600-sf office building for more than 20 years, according to John Adderly, VP of leasing for Edison, NJ-based Mack-Cali Realty Corp., the building owner. The new agreement is for seven years.

Five Sentry Parkway is a two-building office complex with an aggregate of approximately 130,000 sf. Merck & Co. Inc., the Whitehouse Station, NJ-based global pharmaceutical company, recently exited considerable space in the larger East building, which is historically well leased. The Selas agreement helps fill that gap. On condition of anonymity, a suburban office broker tells GlobeSt.com, the building is now approximately half full.
