Xiocom Wireless Leases 37,000-SF Office Space

DULUTH, GA-The lease is one of 31 signed at Gwinnett Center since Kaufman Realty Group acquired the class A asset in June 2006.

DULUTH, GA-Xiocom Wireless has signed a 37,000-sf lease for its expanded international headquarters and east regional office at Gwinnett Center at 3505 Koger Blvd. Gwinnett Center is owned by Atlanta-based Kaufman Realty Group, which acquired the three-building class A office park in June 2006.

Kaufman Realty Group president Craig Kaufman tells GlobeSt.com that the lease represents an expansion and relocation for Xiocom Wireless. The company is in the process of moving in. The company will occupy space formerly occupied by a subsidiary of Microsoft. “Xiocom took an existing space, which was furnished, as is,” he says. “The space will not require retrofitting.”

Kirk Rich, of Rich Real Estate Services, represented the landlord. David Nash, of Nash Commercial Inc., represented Xiocom Wireless.
