SJP Properties has unveiled plans to seek LEED certification for its two new class A office towers on both sides of the Hudson River

SJP Properties has unveiled plans to seek LEED certification for its two new class A office towers on both sides of the Hudson River—11 Times Square in Manhattan, currently under construction, and Waterfront Corporate Center III in Hoboken.

“Today, more than ever, corporations are seeking buildings that are operationally efficient as well as environmentally conscious,” says Steven J. Pozycki, president of the Parsippany-based SJP Properties. “We’re committed to exceeding these corporate needs with our LEED-certified developments in New York and New Jersey.”
