Interstate Adds Two Hotels Under Management

ARLINGTON, VA-With this new mandate from FFC Capital Corp. the company now has 192 hotel properties under management.

ARLINGTON, VA-Interstate Hotels & Resorts has added two Courtyard by Marriott hotels to the list of properties that it has under management. Owned by Pittsburgh-based FFC Capital Corp., the properties are in Westborough, MA and Orange, CT. FFC Capital Corp. was founded 10 years ago by Milton Fine, former chairman and co-founder of Interstate Hotels Corp., the predecessor company to Interstate.

According to Interstate CEO Thomas Hewitt, the two firms are looking at other areas in which to grow their relationship. “We have a long-standing relationship with FFC and are thrilled to have this opportunity to work with them again.”
