Universal Building Relocates into 58,038 SF

TAMPA-The company is moving to 6904 Parke East Blvd. from an existing location at 3021 East Adamo.

TAMPA-Manufactured Universal Building Products has signed a 58,038-sf lease at 6904 Parke East Blvd. with plans to relocate its manufacturing and distribution division. The company, which was formerly called Universal Form Clamp Co., is a subsidiary of Universal Holdings. It is the largest privately-owned manufacturer of concrete forms and accessories in the US.

The company, which will occupy the entire building, was represented by Studley managing director John Esposito, corporate managing director Shane Wilder and associate Chris Harak in the transaction. Bob Dikman, of the Dikman Co., represented the landlord, Sabal Park Properties LLC, in the transaction. The company, which will use the space for light manufacturing and distribution, moved into the space in November. Universal is the only tenant in the building. It previously occupied space at 3021 East Adamo.
