The company was represented by Bruce Jackson, of CB Richard Ellis. The landlord, Winter Park-based Taurus Southern Investments LLC, was represented by Traci Jenks and Peter Ramsey, of CB Richard Ellis.
Sea Star Line provides integrated transportation services to and from the US, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands and the Eastern Caribbean Islands of Antigua, St. Kitts, St. Maarten and Tortola. Company reinvestment between 2004 and 2007 equaled more than $85 million for updating and improving Sea Star's vessels, facilities, equipment and technology.
The 212,240 Greystone Park was one of four Jacksonville office parks Taurus Southern acquired in June 2006 from Phillips & Co for more than $70 million. The other properties were the 200,931-sf Meridian at Deerwood, the 217,968-sf Central Park and the 67,362-sf Central Park East. Major tenants in the properties include Cisco Systems, Gulf Atlantic Financial, Magellan Academy, Paychex, Metris, Payformance and System Innovators.
