Rose Associates Promotes New Co-President

NEW YORK CITY-The owner and developer of retail and residential properties fully integrates the third generation of the Rose family into the firm.

NEW YORK CITY-Amy Rose has been promoted to serve as co-president of locally based Rose Associates Inc. Rose has worked with the owner and developer for the past 18 years, focusing on New York City residential leasing, management and development.

Adam Rose says that the title “reflects the role she has played during the past several years in the firm’s development initiatives, special projects and strategic planning. This appointment completes the full integration of the third generation of the Rose family into the firm.”

In addition to her other responsibilities, Rose supervised all aspects of Rose Associates’ corporate marketing program and human resources. Rose also served as the project manager for the firm’s two most recent rental residential projects: the Chelsea Landmark, a 40-story building with 407 units located at 55 W. 25th St.; and the Melar, a 20-story building with 143 units located at 250 W. 93rd St.
