Monument, Urban Realty Advisors Merge

WASHINGTON, DC-Monument Realty has merged with a local development services and project management company called Urban Realty Advisors. As a result Monument Realty will be expanding its third party services platform by offering more extensive development management services and by taking on clients with a national presence.

Urban Realty Advisors principals William Herman and Eric May will be leading the newly expanded Development Services team at Monument. “We bring to the table a national presence–a number of our clients have national requirements,” Herman tells GlobeSt.com. New services will include project management–from conceptual planning through final occupancy–as well as development and brokerage services for third-party clients. Advisory and consulting expertise will include due diligence, feasibility analyses, financial strategies, and asset management for single properties and real estate portfolios.
