The partners in the company are Jay Goldstein, Mark Gottlieb and Zach Middlebrooks. "Outsourcing development services is a trend that will continue in the development industry," Goldstein says. "Our concept allows business owners to focus on their business and let a development expert manage the complex development and construction process."

Among development services offered are predevelopment, development and due diligence services. The company may also serve as an owner's representative during the construction process handling aspects, such as team supervision, cost analysis and budgeting, draw processing and punch list oversight. Advisory services include due diligence, prototype management and financial situations.

Clients the company is working with include the Flying Biscuit and zpizza, which are both expanding in the Atlanta area. For the Flying Biscuit, GreenLight facilitated the permitting process with the City of Atlanta for a 3,400-sf location. For zpizza, GreenLight will manage the development process for the company's new location in the Shops at Spire in Midtown.
