The properties are the Sequoia Apartments (64 units) and Whipple Avenue Apartments (48 units). Post renovation, both properties will be referred to as Sequoia at Wellesley Crescent.
Both buyer and sellers were represented by David Silver and Ryan Wagner of Arroyo & Coates.
Kirby Sack Properties owns and manages 1,000 units in the Bay Area and is looking to expand. Company officials are looking to double its portfolio over the next 24 months.
