Domtar Signs 453,000-SF Industrial Lease

ADDISON, IL-The company is consolidating several locations and will use the space for its regional manufacturing and distribution operations.

ADDISON, IL-Domtar Paper Co. LLC, headquartered in Montreal, has signed a lease for a 453,361 sf-facility at 350 S. Rohlwing Road. The term of the lease is for 10 years, eight months, says Justin Lerner, VP with Epic Realty Partners/TCN Worldwide. The building, which is on more than 25 acres, will be used as a regional manufacturing and distribution center.

Lerner and David Friedland, partner with Epic Realty Partners/TCN Worldwide, represented Domtar in the lease transaction. Jeff Kapcheck and Brian Kling, both with Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler, represented building ownership in the transaction.
