Kor Group Relocates HQ to Downtown

LOS ANGELES-The Kor Group, a growing real estate investment and hotel management company, has relocated its headquarters from 5750 Wilshire Blvd. to 25,000 sf at the 1212 S. Flower St. building in Downtown Los Angeles that it bought last year for $22.9 million. The new location includes 10,000 sf in the basement and an additional 25,000 sf available for expansion, compared with about 24,000 sf at the company’s former headquarters.

The new space will provide Kor with a platform to “expand and promote our portfolio internationally,” says Brad Korzen, CEO and founder of the Kor Group. He notes that the location also provides access to all of Los Angeles for Kor, which already has a presence in Downtown L.A. at its Eastern Columbia, Barker Block and Pegasus projects.

The 1212 S. Flower St. building, between West 12th Street and Pico Boulevard, directly across fromthe Staples Center and the Los Angeles Convention Center, houses the Kor Group as well as its Kor Hotel Group and Kor Realty Group. Kor’s central reservations office will be located at the new headquarters, as well.
