The company--which provides hospitality and general management services for small- to mid-sized hotels, time-share resorts and hotel condominiums--plans to open the office in March. It will give the company access to the growing hotel market in Orlando and southeast Florida.
"There is a clear need for professional management services in the small- to mid-sized hotel segment," founder Jed Heller says. "These hotel owners don't always have the expertise or resources to maximize the full potential of their properties."
Heller founded the company in 2005. It currently provides management services for several small- and medium-sized hotels, including the Sandhurst Hotel in Fort Pierce, FL, and the Microtel Inn and Suites in Seneca Lake, NY Past clients include the Drake Hotel in Oakbrook, IL; Residence Inn in Baton Rouge, LA; and the Fairfield Inn and Suites in Tulsa, OK.
