The company's Harman Consumer Group--which manufactures audio, video and electronic products for home, vehicle, portable and computer applications--will occupy the space. Bayne Porter, of CB Richard Ellis, represented Harman Consumer Group.

The 635,000-sf Building No. 6, which was constructed on a speculative basis in 2007, is owned by City of Industry, CA-based Majestic Realty. With the Harman Consumer Group lease, it is 100% occupied. The asset features 36-foot ceilings, skylights for each 50-foot by 50-foot bay, ESFR fire protection and nearly 300 parking spaces. The other tenant in the building is residential and commercial door manufacturer American Building Supply, which moved into the space in fall 2007.

"We're excited to bring another high-profile, international tenant to our distribution complex," says Majestic Realty Co. director of leasing and development Carr Carothers. "Our park provides the features and location that will help Harman service its consumer base throughout the East Coast."
