Construction on the project began in December and is expected to be completed in September. The Missner Group, headquartered in Skokie, is the design-builder for the project. Principal Glen Missner is the executive for the project with Drue Stoehr and Jess Knigge as the project managers. Stephen Rankin Associates is the architect.

The Illinois Bone & Joint Institute will occupy approximately 20,000 sf in the building and will lease out the remaining space, Missner tells GlobeSt.com. "They attract other medical practices because of the size of the practice," he says. The property will be a new location for the orthopedic care provider. The institute has more than 20 locations in the Chicago area, including Arlington Heights, Chicago, Glenview and Lake Forest.
