ADDISON, PA-A trust based in Delaware and Chester counties has assembled a 267-acre site in Somerset County and is now seeking to sell it outright to a developer or consider joint venturing in its development. The land includes 2.2 miles of waterfront on Youghiogheny Lake and nearly one mile of road footage.

Chadds Ford-based KarMar Realty Group Inc. is marketing the parcel for an asking price of $8 million or nearly $30,000 an acre. Marshall Soss, KarMar’s president and CEO, tells GlobeSt.com that “the owner has been assembling the parcel over many years and is now ready to take it to the next step.
