Hudson Yards Site Hits Market

NEW YORK CITY-A 14,810-sf development site, with 150 feet of frontage along West 35th Street, in the Hudson Yards District, is for sale. Industry sources speculate that the site could fetch around $30 million, but Eastern Consolidated sources, who are marketing the site, would not confirm that price on the record. Located at 411-421 W. 35th St., the mixed-use development site, consisting of four adjacent tax lots, is currently leased to a parking lot operator, whose lease will soon expire.

The buyer of the site would have an opportunity of approximately 89,500 buildable sf and could break ground within months of closing. Locally based Eastern Consolidated’s executive managing directors, Ronald Solarz and Eric Anton, together with senior director, David Schechtman Esq. and director David Kalish, are marketing the sale. The bid deadline for the site is Wednesday, March 5th at 3 pm.
