DUKE REALTY CORP.
(DALLAS) Duke's Dallas Construction team is promoting Teddy Peinado to regional vice president of construction for the south region. He previously served as vice president of construction for Dallas. He moves up the ladder along with five colleagues as the construction team grows its Texas business.

(ST. LOUIS) David Garfinkel is promoted to senior vice president and managing director. He has been with the firm for nine years.
