One Tenant Takes All of New Liberty Asset

BETHLEHEM, PA-FL Smidth Inc., the Denmark-based supplier of equipment, systems and services to cement and mineral industries worldwide, has signed a lease for all of the newly completed 34,000-sf, class A office building at 3450 High Point Blvd. in the Lehigh Valley Corporate Center. The building owner is Malvern-based Liberty Property Trust.

This represents an expansion for FL Smidth. Its current US headquarters is located directly across the boulevard from the new building. John Crampsie of Allentown-based Summit Management and Realty Co. represented Smidth in the negotiations. Chris Williams of Liberty represented the owner in house.
