"This was an ideal location for a mid-sized company that required warehousing and shipping space," says Jeffrey DeMagistris, associate VP at NAI James E. Hanson, Hackensack, who co-brokered the deal on behalf of LEM Realty with fellow Hanson associate VP Thomas Vetter. "The new owner plans to use the property for the distribution and delivery of auto parts to local repair shops."
The building at 610 E. 32nd St. is a one-story asset that includes 1,500 sf of office space, two loading docks and two drive-in doors. The facility has visible from this city's Market St. and is near I-80.
