PATERSON, NJ-Gladstein Partnership is the new owner of the 30,250-sf industrial building at 610 E. 32nd St. here. The locally based distributor has acquired the property from LEM Realty LLC, another local group, for an undisclosed price.

“This was an ideal location for a mid-sized company that required warehousing and shipping space,” says Jeffrey DeMagistris, associate VP at NAI James E. Hanson, Hackensack, who co-brokered the deal on behalf of LEM Realty with fellow Hanson associate VP Thomas Vetter. “The new owner plans to use the property for the distribution and delivery of auto parts to local repair shops.”
