Garden Commercial Inks Nine Tenant Leases

ABERDEEN, NJ-The signings add up to nearly 19,000 sf at the revamped 178,000-sf Colonial Plaza shopping center on Route 34 here.

ABERDEEN, NJ-Garden Commercial Properties has added nine new tenants to its Colonial Plaza, a 178,000-sf shopping center on Route 34 here. The signings total nearly 20,000 sf, and the center, which underwent a major makeover beginning in 2006, is currently listed with two availabilities totaling 4,500 sf.

The new additions are a mix of national and local businesses, including Wachovia, which signed on for a 4,000-sf bank-pad site. And Zaslow’s Fine Collectibles has leased 4,500 sf at the open-air center, according to Michael Gartenberg, director of leasing for the Short Hills-based Garden Commercial.
