"In addition to the current available space, the building is presently home to one of the world's leading purveyors of specialty foods and meats," says Pantheon's Gary Capetta, in a reference to D'Artagnan Inc. "The remaining unit is an attractive option for tenants needing cooler and/or freezer space and abundant parking."

The four-acre site includes two acres of parking and multiple loading and drive-in doors. The space is currently listed on Pantheon's website with an asking price of $8.50 per sf for the dry space, $12 per sf for the office space and $15 per sf for the cooler/freezer space, all triple-net.
