The latest example is Staubach, which is adding two executives to its Washington, DC and Northern Virginia offices.

[IMGCAP(2)]Christopher Flynn has joined the Washington, DC office as VP. He will focus on consulting and tenant representation for office clients on a national basis. Prior to joining Staubach, Flynn was with Transwestern Commercial Services where he specialized in the needs of corporate, law firm and non-profit association tenants.

Staubach's other new appointment is Ryan Lorey, who has joined the Virginia office as VP. He was the director of Real Estate Market Strategy for Capital One. At Staubach, Lorey will concentrate on consulting for corporate clients on a national basis--specifically, he will be the account manager for XO Communications' national real estate strategy. At Capital One, he was the team leader in the acquisition and development of a 300 acre greenfield site for a 2.2 million sf headquarters campus.
