CHARLOTTE, NC-Debs Pedigo of D & K Assets has acquired a 171,049-sf industrial facility at 1201 Westinghouse Blvd. for more than $3 million. The seller was Rome, GA-based Wheelers, which is a family-owned building material supplier.

The seller was represented in the transaction by Lester Osborn and A. Scott Hensley, of Piedmont Properties/Corfac International. Hensley tells GlobeSt.com that Wheelers sold the property as part of its plan to exit the North Carolina market to focus on Georgia. The company is also selling another 32,000-sf distribution facility on 5.35 acres at 500 N. Hoskins Rd.
