Located at 3312 Hudson Ave., the building is a block off this city's Park Avenue business and entertainment area. It's also near the entrance to the Lincoln Tunnel to New York City, overlooking the Route 495 viaduct to the tunnel. The property is being marketed by the New York City-based CORE Group Marketing.
