UNION, NJ-For the second time in two years, the 122,500-sf flex building at 1135 Springfield Rd. N. is on the market. And Weichert Commercial Brokerage has picked up the assignment to find a buyer for the seven-year-old asset, which includes 36,500 sf of office and 86,000 sf of warehouse.

“This property is a great investment opportunity located within an area that supports many port-related services,” says WCB SVP David Fisher, who’s handling the assignment with VP David Williams.
