The tenant was represented by Tom Giannone, Christopher Kinum, Ron Ganter and John Cahill of Cushman & Wakefield's Global Life Sciences Practice Group, East Rutherford. Owner Princeton Corporate Plaza, locally based, was represented by its affiliate, Kent Management. Terms were not released.
Giannone had represented Transave in its previous lease in 2003, a deal that tripled the company's occupancy in a relocation move with Princeton Corporate Plaza Research Center. The building at 11 Deer Park Dr. is part of a five-building R&D campus totaling 250,000 sf, with another 130,000 sf in two buildings on the way. Besides Transave, its 80-member tenant roster includes Wyeth, Pharamaseq, Chiral Quest and Nexmed.
