572,000-SF W/D Center Gets Approvals

EDISON, NJ-The J.G. Petrucci Co. is set to start building what it has dubbed the Middlesex Logistics Center here.

EDISON, NJ-The J.G. Petrucci Co. is set to add 572,000 sf of warehouse/distribution to the Central New Jersey industrial market. The Asbury, NJ-based JGPCO has picked up all of the necessary approvals to start work on the project, which has been named the Middlesex Logistics Center.

“It will be one of the largest new warehouse/distribution facilities in the north-central part of New Jersey,” says Greg Rogerson, a principal of JGPCO. “We have designed this facility with a number of state-of-the-art features, like 36-foot clear ceiling heights, 50-foot by 60-foot stage bays and an ESFR sprinkler system. We believe it will appeal to a wide range of users.”

And JGPCO has hired Cushman & Wakefield of NJ as exclusive broker to find users for that new space. For C&W, Frank Caccavo Jr., EVP, executive director Jason Goldman and sales associates Andrew Siemsen and Glenn Talavera have the assignment. All are based in the firm’s Edison office.
