The largest of the six leases was the 10,658 sf taken by Ceres Terminals, a terminal management firm. Also, Bluestar Silicones has taken 8,637 sf; and the Fenwick Group, a new entity formed to develop and manage franchise rights of Panera Bread cafes in New Jersey, has taken 7,478 sf. DLA Piper Rudnick, a global law firm, has signed a lease for 6,952 sf; Fox News has expanded, now occupying a total of 6,501 sf; and Fidelity National Title, an insurance firm, has leased 4,369 sf.

With the signings, the class A building is now 73% leased. The availability, amounting to a total of 109,300 sf, divisible to 5,500 sf, is currently listed with an asking price of $30 per sf. Most of that availability is what remains of the 180,000-sf block put on the market three years ago when CitiStreet departed the building, relocating to nearby Franklin Township.
