For its newest store, the Philadelphia-based Five Below joins a tenant roster that includes anchors Best Buy, Michaels, Annie Sez and North Fork Bank. The property is currently listed with an availability of just more than 2,800 sf. The terms of Five Below'ss deal were not released.
"The Route 10 retail corridor has long been one of Morris County's most sought-after destinations for large national retail brand names," says Michael Gartenberg, Garden Commercial's director of leasing. "As a result, we've been able to put together an eclectic mix of well-known retailers and cutting-edge stores such as Five Below, which caters to the untapped teens and preteen markets."
