The sales price was not disclosed. Similar properties have sold in there area for $883 per sf, putting these two properties at about $7.3 million, sources say. A representative from Bradford did not return a phone call seeking comment.
JPMorgan Chase has 30-year leases for both buildings, which were constructed by Bradford on a build-to-suit basis, Giusti tells GlobeSt.com. The Carpentersville building has 4,400 leaseable sf on one acre and the Northlake building has 3,850 leaseable sf on 24,000 sf of land. The Carpentersville building was completed in 2006 and the Northlake building was completed in 2007, he says.
