Unitech Inks Lease for 55,215-SF Quadrangle 3850

ORLANDO-The services company and defense contractor will consolidate locations and move into the space Aug. 15.

ORLANDO-Centreville, VA-based Unitech has leased Quadrangle 3850, a 55,215-sf single-story building at 3850 Corporate Blvd. The building, part of the 45-acre Concourse at Quadrangle office park, is owned by Skokie, IL-based the Alter Group.

Unitech is a professional services company and defense contractor that provides training, performance improvement, and simulation and security services. The Alter Group senior vice president for national development Todd Yates tells GlobeSt.com that the company is consolidating several locations in the metro area and will occupy the space Aug. 15. “The company selected the space due to its proximity to the University of Central Florida and its research park,” Yates says.

The exclusive leasing agent for Concourse at Quadrangle is CB Richard Ellis vice president John Gilbert. Cushman & Wakefield senior directors Rick Solik and Ann Rosenau represented Unitech.
