60,000-SF Industrial Slated for Construction

SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ-Work is expected to begin shortly for the new building, which will rise on five acres near Exit 8A.

SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ-Construction is slated to start shortly for a new 60,000-sf industrial building on a five-acre site at 5 Stults Rd. here. The site is located a mile from Exit 8A of the New Jersey Turnpike.

The developers is the Asbury-based J.G. Petrucci Co., and that company has hired Colliers Houston & Co. to find tenants or buyers for the asset. For Colliers Houston, SVPs Michael Markey and Jonathan Tesser and senior associate Adam Citron are handling the assignment.
