Irvine Co. Debuts Enclave Apartments

COSTA MESA, CA-The Irvine Co. has opened the doors to the first units at its new 890-unit Enclave at South Coast apartment complex, the largest apartment project to open in Costa Mesa in 15 years. The complex is planned to eventually include 46 three-story buildings on a 40-acre site near the South Coast Plaza shopping complex and other amenities in the South Coast Metro district of Orange County.

The Enclave, which is the first apartment complex in Orange County that the Irvine Co. has developed outside of the boundaries of the Irvine Ranch, features more than 20 floor plans, ranging from studios to two-bedroom units, with rents ranging from the mid-$1,500s to the mid-$2,600s. The units range from approximately 550 sf to more than 1,400 sf.

The 40-acre site also features park space, an outdoor theater, resort-style salt-water swimming pools and other amenities. The apartments, about half of which will be smoke-free, are within walking distance of the South Coast Plaza, the Orange County Performing Arts Center and the South Coast Repertory.
