About 250 senior-level real estate executives are expected to attend the half-day event at the Westin Buckhead at 3391 Peachtree Rd. Isakson will be the keynote speaker for the event, followed by "Inside the Real Estate Mind of Hal Barry" by Barry Real Estate chairman Hal Barry.
"RealShare Atlanta is really covering all the bases--the political season and growing unease about the economy with Sen. Johnny Isakson, hearing a local legends' views on both today's market and how it compares to the past in Hal Barry, and focusing on the future and how to quantify the cost benefit of the green and sustainable design movement," comments Richard Kelley, executive director of the RealShare Conference Series.
On a local scale, the event will feature "Town Hall Meeting on the State of the Atlanta Market" moderated by CB Richard Ellis senior managing director Brett Hunsaker. Among panelists will be Marcus & Millichap vice president, regional manager John Leonard; Dean Patterson, of Behringer Harvard; and the Alter Group senior vice president Todd Yates.
