LAS VEGAS-Wynn Resorts Ltd., owner and operator of Wynn Las Vegas and Wynn Macau, said Monday that its president and director since 2002, Ronald J. Kramer, will leave the company at the end of the month. He will be succeeded by Matt Maddox, currently senior vice president of development, who will be named chief financial officer.

Kramer, 49, is leaving to become chief executive of Griffon Corp., a company for whom he is vice chairman and a board member since 1993. The company, together with its subsidiaries is an international manufacturer of garage doors, specialty plastic films, and electronic information and communication systems, according to Yahoo Finance.
