Advance Teams With GSH for Energy Management

BEDMINSTER, NJ-The company is aiming for energy savings of 5% to 17%, starting with a downtown tower and two suburban campuses.

BEDMINSTER, NJ-Advance Realty Group, based here, has kicked off an energy conservation program aimed at saving from 5% to 17% a year in energy consumption at several of its buildings. Advance has hired GSH Group, a UK-based company that has its US headquarters in Pine Brook, NJ, to initiate the program.

“In reviewing our portfolio and speaking with tenants, we determined that a formal energy conservation program would provide benefits to our company, our tenants and the overall environment,” says Kurt Padavano, Advance’s COO. “GSH has a history of providing facilities and energy management solutions. We feel that expertise will provide significant savings throughout the buildings that are part of this program rollout.”
