The project, under development by developer Martin Margulies, will consist entirely of three-bedroom corner units ranging in size from 2,235 sf to 2,608 sf. There will also be four 4,636-sf penthouses. The building's elliptical shape and wraparound balconies will offer water views. Each unit will be accessible by a private high-speed elevator. Among unit features are formal foyers, gourmet kitchens and 10-foot ceilings. Complex amenities will include hurricane-resistant glass, a fitness center, media room, game room and pool.
A sales center has been opened adjacent to the site. Pre-construction prices for the units range from $1.3 million to $3.2 million.
The project, located on the last remaining residential site on Williams Island, is located next to the Williams Island Club & Spa, a 16-court tennis complex and the Island Club restaurant and banquet hall. It is also close to the Aventura Mall and Bal Harbour Shops. "This is the last piece of residential property on Williams Island, so there's a tremendous demand here for a contemporary lifestyle residence as luxurious as the environment that already exists," Margulies says, in a prepared statement.
Other projects Margulies has completed include Grove Isle in Coconut Grove, Bellini Bal Harbor and Grand Bay Towers Key Biscayne.
