Forest City is a REIT based in Cleveland. The center, which has 330,000 sf of net leasable area, is anchored by Dillard's, Macy's, Mervyn's, Dick's Sporting Goods, and JCPenney. The mall opened in 1996 and was last renovated in 2002. In 2006, Forest City bought out its partner in the asset.
No additional information about the financing was released by Forest City. A company official did not return a phone call seeking additional loan details.
