Reviva will use the space for third-party warehouse and distribution of products for Hankook Tire, headquartered in Seoul. The company was attracted to the building because of the cross docks, ceiling heights and an area to secure trailers, in addition to being within a mile of Interstate 88, says Tim Thompson, EVP and director of industrial brokerage at HSA Commercial Real Estate. Reviva moved into the building earlier this month, he says.

The 295,000-sf building is part of the two-building Aurora Distribution Center Phase Two. The building was constructed in 2006. A 125,000-sf building at 1207 Bilter Rd., constructed in 2007, is also part of the complex. The two-building complex currently has 137,000 sf available. Reviva is the only tenant at 1203 Bilter Rd. Webb-Mason and Olympic Logistics lease space at 1207 Bilter.
