Reviva Signs 231,000-SF Industrial Lease

AURORA, IL-Reviva Logistics is leasing space at the two-building Aurora Distribution Center Phase Two, which is about 67% occupied.

AURORA, IL-Reviva Logistics has signed a lease for 231,880 sf at 1203 Bilter Rd. here. The firm is a division of Reviva Inc., headquartered in Minneapolis, which is a distributor and manufacturer of medium and light duty diesel engines. The term of the lease is five years.

Charles Canale and Carter Andrus, both with Colliers Bennett Kahnweiler, represented building owner and developer HSA Commercial Real Estate. Cresa Partners represented the tenant.
