HOUSTON-Wells Fargo & Co. has opened up a new office here and tapped Tony Talamas as a mortgage originator. He will focus on originating Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loan programs throughout Texas and the surrounding states on behalf of the Wells Fargo Multifamily Capital division. Talamas joins the firm from Washington Mutual's multifamily lending group, where he was a senior loan consultant.

[IMGCAP(2)] SAN DIEGO-NAI Global has added two more members to its newly created multifamily group. Claudia Hartman, vice president, and associate Katie Sloman, bring more than 18 years of combined experience to the unit. They will help private and institutional clients in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily properties in the local market as well as throughout the firm's global network, and help to maximize the value of existing properties and reposition underperforming assets.

MIAMI-Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP has hired Michael Sprotzer as an associate director in the investment sales group and as a member of its national multifamily group. Operating out of the firm's office here, he will concentrate on apartment investment sales in the Southeast. He started his real estate career three years ago and was most recently an acquisitions associate at Ram Development Co.
