The second asset is 1980 Route One in North Brunswick, a 109,106-sf flex building that can be utilized either for W/D or as a data center, according to Lissner. The facility was acquired by Pantheon in October. The building is divisible to 25,000 sf, and the site also includes an 11,200-sf stand-alone office building that's currently available in its entirety and is said to be suitable for medical, lab, data, education or law firm usage.
