"It is a unique property due to its IO zoning," Kurzweil says. "That allows numerous permitted uses, including medical, dental, surgical offices, labs, daycare centers, vocational or technical schools, pharmaceutical research as well as traditional office/warehouse uses."
"This building was recently approved for 54-care parking, five times and parking of what existed prior," Furey says. Located not far from Trinitas Hospital, the building consists of 27,500 sf of warehouse and 3,500 sf of office. Built in 1972, the one-story asset is currently listed with an asking price as "negotiable/triple net."
