"A 25-year veteran of the New York area commercial real estate industry, including high-level development and brokerage experience, Peter is a unique and welcome addition to our sales force," says Matt Van Buren, a senior managing director at CBRE's Midtown office. "He brings wide-ranging and deep skills to meeting and exceeding clients' needs, whether in New York or the suburban markets."
Eppie has been responsible for leasing, joint ventures, sales of buildings, land sales and other dispositions of buildings in excess of 20 million sf. He has represented several corporations, including American International Group, Exxon Corp., Sanofi-Aventis, Citigroup, Pfizer, HSBC, Merrill Lynch, Marsh & McLennan, and J. Wiley & Sons, to name a few.
A CBRE source tells GlobeSt.com that Eppie will be working with clients in the New York tri-state region. He will be based in the firm's Midtown Manhattan office.
