Booz Allen Hamilton Inc. Signs Five-Year Lease

TROY, MI-The consulting firm clears a five-year lease for the class A Columbia Center I. The office deal bumps occupancy to 94% in the 251,620-sf building.

TROY, MI-Booz Allen Hamilton Inc., a McLean, VA-based consulting company, has signed a five-year lease for 11,584 sf at Columbia Center I. The deal bumps occupancy to 94%.

The 251,620-sf building at 201 W. Big Beaver Rd. is owned by the Multi-Employer Property Trust, which is managed by an asset management firm based in Washington, says Doug Krieger, senior associate with CB Richard Ellis in Detroit. He and Brendan George, also with CBRE in Detroit, represented the building owner. John Ozog, formerly with Staubach Co., was Booz Allen Hamilton’s tenant representative.
