Paramount Grabs 430,000-SF Assignment

LAKEWOOD, NJ-The third-party exclusive involves three shopping centers, including a redevelopment in South Jersey and Pennsylvania.

LAKEWOOD, NJ-Locally based Paramount Realty Services, which owns, manages and leases more than 3.5 million sf of retail, has added to that total with a third-party leasing exclusive amounting to more than 430,000 sf. The space covers three shopping centers in South Jersey and Pennsylvania owned by the New Hyde Park, NY-based Kimco Properties.

One of the properties is a redevelopment, the 77,600-sf Millside II on Route 130 in Delran, NJ. Millside II sits opposite the existing Millside Plaza, a strip mall anchored by Target, PetSmart and Office Depot.
