The brokerage division of New York City-based Pantheon Properties represented the ownership, Capital Growth Realty Holdings, while APA Logistics was represented by Mark Tannen, first VP in CB Richard Ellis' Saddle Brook, NJ office. Terms were not released.

"Pantheon has consummated more than two million sf of deals on behalf of Capital Growth Realty Holdings and affiliated companies for acquisition, disposition and advisory services," says Ken Cohen, president of Pantheon. "We greatly value our 20-plus year relationship with the principals and additionally are pleased to have assisted APA in securing this strategic property."

APA's new home is sits on a little more than 10 acres just off Route 440 at the tip of Upper New York Bay. The building's layout includes a 7,000-sf office component, and it has 20-foot ceiling heights.
