Data Center Development Firm Carves Out Niche

ATLANTA-The new company, T5 Partners LLC, will focus on acquiring or ground-up development of data centers.

ATLANTA-Four former members of Staubach’s National Contact & Data Center Practice have opened a new firm called T5 Partners LLC that will focus on developing data centers. The four brokers that started the firm are Pete Marin, Frank Lyles, Jason Chartrand and Jimmy Bailey.

“We have been very successful on the brokerage side of data center deals for clients, and now we want to acquire or build centers from the ground up and participate in ownership,” says Marin, who will serve as president of the new firm. “We are raising equity and are actively pursuing land and facilities for data centers around the country.”
